(TI) Revitalizing Retail Space

This project involved a complete 8,250 SF renovation of a retail space located on the 4th floor of a high-rise building, including updated storefront, energy-efficient upgrades, and modern interior design, enhancing the customer experience and brand image.

(Ground Up) Diver Retail

This project consists of a new 18,452 SF ground up Pre-Engineered Metal building with 6,000 SF of interior finishes, that sat on an 8-acre Tract that held an underground Jellyfish system.

(Industrial) Phase 1 Electrode

Project P1E was a 16-acre tract that held a new ground up Industrial Tilt wall building that had a footprint of 48,500 sf with joist and deck.
